标准销售期限和条件
- Waiver of Client's Terms
The client explicitly waives any standard terms and conditions it may have, even if these were drawn up after the Luna Ear Spa's standard terms and conditions of sale. For any derogation from these terms to be valid, it must be expressly agreed to in advance in writing by Luna Ear Spa. - Payment Terms
All invoices are payable within 21 working days unless another payment timeframe is indicated on the invoice or order. If payment is not received by the due date, Luna Ear Spa reserves the right to charge fixed interest at a rate of 10% on the remaining due amount. Additionally, Luna Ear Spa may suspend the provision of services without prior warning in the event of late payment. - Debt Recovery
If payment is still outstanding more than 60 days after the due date, Luna Ear Spa reserves the right to engage the services of a debt recovery company. All legal and recovery costs will be borne by the client. - Withholding Tax
Certain countries may apply withholding tax on invoices, as per their internal legislation. Any such withholding tax will be paid by the client to the relevant tax authorities. Luna Ear Spa will not bear any costs related to the tax legislation of the client's location. The total amount of the invoice is due to Luna Ear Spa in full, exclusive of any such costs. - Performance and Liability
Luna Ear Spa commits to providing services that are performant and delivered within the agreed timeframes. However, no service provided by Luna Ear Spa constitutes a guarantee of specific results. Under no circumstances will Luna Ear Spa be liable to appear as a third party in any claim for damages filed by an end consumer against the client. - Notification of Claims
Any claims must be notified to Luna Ear Spa via recorded delivery to its registered office within 8 days of the delivery of goods or provision of services, for them to be admissible. - Governing Law
All contractual relationships with Luna Ear Spa will be governed exclusively by Hong Kong law.
